Breath & Voice

Find the resonance in your body.

A practice for speakers, performers, teachers and anyone who is curious about embodying more their voices. We work on finding the space in the body where the sound can resonate and the breath can expand.

For whom

Voices that look for space.

Performers, teachers, lawyers, therapists, parents, anyone whose voice is asked to carry meaning, daily. We treat the voice as a whole-body event, never an isolated mechanism.

  • Restore the space of the breath
  • Ground the nervous system and the voice
  • Find space in the body
  • Experience places where the voice can find support
  • Reduce performance anxiety
  • Find resonance in the body

Stillness, first

Before the voice: the room, the breath, the listening.

Each session begins in quiet. We notice what is already here: the weight of the body, the shape of the breath, the small objects of attention. The voice arrives later, when the ground is ready.
