The approach
Compassionate · attentive · challenging
A studio for the body, the breath and the connection between art, physical being, creativity and performance as research.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in an attentive stance that honours the fluidity and diversity of human experience. I am rooted in a somatic-based, integrative method — recognising and respecting the natural resistance and limitations that can arise within this approach.
My focus is on maintaining an awareness of both my own and my clients’ processes, whilst also considering the cultural, social, relational and environmental contexts that influence each individual’s journey. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. My fee is £80 per session, with some slots available on a sliding scale from £65.

Embodied Voice sessions integrating breath work, vocal and physical training — a methodology developed over 40 years by breath work therapists, vocal artists, singers and somatic practitioners.

03
Barre Classes
A fusion of ballet barre, dance conditioning and pilates-based movements designed to tone the muscles using principles of biomechanics — a safe yet challenging workout.
